Batch-crop a client's entire folder at three sensitivities, or crop by hand with snap-to-content. Tighter files nest tighter.

Batch: crop, rotate, copy, move, rename or delete a whole selection in one pass.
Every centimetre of empty space around a design is film you paid for and can't print on. On one file it's nothing. On a folder of forty, it's a real number.
Point PrintOS at a client's folder and crop the lot in one pass. Three strengths, and the difference matters:
Gentle trims only what's genuinely transparent — safe for artwork with soft edges and drop shadows. Medium also clears near-white pixels and faint alpha, for scans and exports that aren't quite clean. Aggressive goes further again, for files with a grubby halo you want gone.
Manual crop with snap-to-content puts the box on the artwork for you; nudge it if you disagree. Every crop — batch or manual — goes through the same copy / move / rename dialog, so you decide where each file lands and what it's called before anything is written. Nothing is overwritten behind your back.
Tighter files nest tighter. The gang sheet builder can only pack what you give it — a design with 2cm of dead air around it takes 2cm of dead air on the roll, on every single copy. Crop first, and the same job comes off a shorter sheet.
Gentle, Medium or Aggressive — pick how hard it trims.
Crop every image for a client at once, not one at a time.
Manual editor snaps the box to the artwork's real edges.
Double-click any image to check and adjust its crop.
Select individual images when a blanket pass isn't right.
Tighter files nest tighter — less waste on every sheet.

Or crop by hand with snap-to-content and a tolerance for soft edges.
In this video, I demonstrate the complete production workflow inside TPW PrintOS , from a customer's logo to a print-ready DTF layout. Starting with a customer design, I quickly separate artwork elements, remove backgrounds, create transparent graphics, automatically crop images, and generate a professional t-shirt mockup. Next, I create a new customer order, select garment quantities, apply automatic quantity-based pricing, generate a bill, and load the order directly into the Gang Sheet builder.
The software automatically calculates the required print quantities, creates an optimized nesting layout, estimates production costs, and generates a print-ready file ready to send to the DTF printer. Workflow Customer Artwork → Design Preparation → Mockup → Order Creation → Pricing → Gang Sheets → Production File
In this video, I demonstrate how TPW PrintOS can take a single logo image and prepare it for production in just a few clicks.
Starting with one logo containing both the icon and text, I:
• Split the logo into separate icon and text images.
• Use the Magic Wand tool to remove the background from the icon.
• Move the icon into the Design 01 folder and rename it to Left Arm Bottom – 6 cm.
• Use the Color Remover tool to instantly remove the black background from the text.
• Save the text as Front Top – 24 cm.
• Return to the Crop Tool and automatically crop both images using the Gentle Crop method.
• Overwrite the original files.
• Open the Mockup Tool, where both designs are automatically positioned on the t-shirt based on their saved print locations.
Everything is saved inside the client's folder, making artwork easy to organize, reuse, and prepare for production.
TPW PrintOS Features
If you're looking for software built specifically for custom apparel printing, DTF, DTG, and screen printing, TPW PrintOS is designed to streamline the entire production process.
Never. The nesting engine packs the sheet tightly and fills gaps with filler images, but a design is always treated as one whole piece.
If something doesn't fit cleanly it stays too big rather than getting cut — because a sliced print is scrap.
Yes — and a bit more than most.
PrintOS builds DTF gang sheets from your designs: set your roll width and spacing, give each design its sizes and quantities, and it nests everything tight, cuts the run into lengths, and adds registration marks, a CMYK colour bar and the client ID and date.
Two differences worth knowing:
Two things: what you pay, and what you get.
You buy it once. There's no monthly fee and no annual renewal — a one-time licence from US$199, and updates are free. Stop paying and nothing switches off, because there's nothing to stop paying.
It's the whole shop, not just sheets. Gang sheet tools build gang sheets. PrintOS also files your client artwork, crops it, removes backgrounds, mocks it up on the garment, takes the order, makes the bill, and cuts the social video — all sharing one client, so you never re-type a name.
And you get 30 days to try all of it, not 7.
Every tool shares one client, so the work flows from one to the next without re-typing anything.
