Click the "Account Maintenance" link at the top of this page. Look at "Order Status:"
Pending = We have not yet confirmed your order
Confirmed = Confirmed and if initial payment are done we start making your order as have time.
Cancelled = Cancelled order, look at order detail for more information
Shipped = Order have been sent
My order never arrived.
In the "Shipped order" email send to you from us confirming the order is sent haves a tracking number, Tell your local carrier this number.
If package is not there please call or email our customer service for assistance to handle with this matter.
An item is missing from my shipment.
Note down what is missing and then call or email customer service for further assistance.
We do triple checking before a order is shipped.
